Flight Operations Scheduler
Our Kenosha, WI corporate office is searching for a highly motivated Flight Operations Scheduler to join our team! He or she must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail oriented. Primary Responsibilities:
Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules
Responsible for coordination of all aspects of aircraft owner flights
Responsible for all aspects of Charter Sales and Flight Following
Receive and provide timely and accurate quotes for charter requests by retail clients and/or other operators and brokers
Work to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may affect the successful completion of a flight to our clients during the initial quoting phase (weather, runway capacity, aircraft performance, airport hours, crew duty)
Communicate effectively with other department to ensure seamless trip execution (Maintenance, Operations)
Proactively seek charter opportunities for a diverse fleet of aircraft instead of passively waiting for inquiries
Maintain an attitude of total customer service focused on anticipating the clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations
Prepare and send contracts for client acceptance and execute vendor contracts
Ensure client payment is received and vendor payment is sent in a timely manner in accordance with terms for both
Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
2-5 years of applicable work experience
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
A passion to learn, increase skills, and take on new projects and responsibilities
Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced setting

Salary: Starting from $45,000.00 per year
